As summer is approaching, everyone typically will start having their summer bodies and mind ready to party! But with the pandemic causing panic and everyone to stay at home, we are all left to melt away in our own homes in this blazing heat. Furthermore, you know how hot singapore can get, so why not cool yourself down with some ice cream? Plus, you do not need an ice cream machine for this. Here’s 5 simple ice cream recipes you can make at home. Trust me, it’s so worth it and it saves money.

Each recipe yields around 1.5 QUARTS. Do note that your whipping cream needs to have a a least a fat percentage of 35% in order to work. Your whipping cream also needs to be cold before you start in order to get the texture right.

Note: you need not follow the exact amount for condensed milk if you are going to add additional sweetener (eg: oreo / jam) thus, add to your taste. (personally i would add ¼ of a can)
